Novices wouldn't be as thirsty for more knowledge in this area so wouldn't appreciate Gattefosse's contribution to the amazing history of essential oils. Simply put, those, who are serious users and teachers in this venue, need this book in their library.

Not for everyone......If you are not interested in science and history of essential oil clinical use you may find this lacking. I can't say I loved it enough! The knowledge I can could be found no where else! Must read for any one interest in aromatherapy and he science of EOs
