The medium's fit is right on with your average medium build. The quality of the materials is very good. The hood is removable. Outside pockets and one inside pocket. Drawstring for the bottom if you want to use.Haven't worn the jacket yet in the cold but for the $30 I paid, this was a no brainer and an excellent purchase.Now that I have the jacket, tried it on, and felt the quality, I would say it's worth around $100.I have owned a Columbia winter jacket and have a Marmot down, this is right up there in quality.

I'm about 5'11" 175 lbs and the Medium fit great. It has some elastane which helps with comfort. The gray/olive looks good too. The jacket is very warm without being too bulky, and I can even wear a vest underneath for more layers. Again the elastane helps with that. Def a great value

Very good quality, not heavy or bulk , just the right weight for late fall to the last frost on spring. Haven't worn in rain yet, so I can't tell about the waterproof claim. I like that the hood zips off.

The jacket was exactly what we were looking for and was not heavy. I needed something for my son to go on a snow outing and wanted to make sure he stayed warm. This brand is great quality.

Haven't had to chance to try this one out in harsh elements but the quality is there. Looks good, comfortable, and nice fitting.
