Innova Disc GolfR-Pro Wahoo Golf Disc (Colors may vary)

I like how fast this disc flies, and it has been predictable. It’s a different soft mold of plastic that will get gashed easily, avoid trees and sidewalks.

We are beginners and live in Florida. There are a LOT of water holes in Florida. This disc really does float, the only problem is that when you throw it out in the middle of the pond, you have to wait until it floats back into shore to retrieve it. Still better than losing one for good. Fast delivery, I highly recommend this seller.

When I 1st got it, I couldn't help but fiddle with it. Pleasantly surprised that I got a snow white Wahoo with shiny blue letters. I 1st used at Municipal Course in Mobile, & it took a beating. There was 1 opportunity where it slipped in the creek & it floated!! I then use it at the harder South Alabama course. At hole 1, it sunk in the pond. But with a rake, I got it to slowly float up. I then make it to hole 9 which goes clean over a 200 foot wide creek/swamp. It landed straight in the water & kept afloat. I was able to go for a swim & get it.But then I get to Hole 14 (why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5). It's the same Three-Mile Creek that I threw over at hole 9, but this is throw cuts a corner over a swampy area. It heads to the trees, then swings left to the edge of the swamp, in the cattails. It took me 2 days of digging, wading, stinging pain from bites & thorns, & finding 5 other discs before finally finding my Wahoo, stuck in the mud. But I guess it was a blessing in disguise b/c I'm now the proud owner of a free Katana & G-Star Dominator, which I use frequently for non-water throws b/c they can take a pounding better than the Wahoo.The Wahoo is still essential, especially for courses that you have no other choice but to throw over a body of water. It's worth the investment, & it's fast, too. But whichever hand you use, the disc will turn opposite. On the pic you see, I use my right hand & throw like that, so the disc will turn left. Now if you hook it with your right, it will go right. Hope this review helps.

It floats like advertised. Not for beginners like myself. Try a Dragon by Innova first.

I love the wahoo! I throw mostly forehand, and get a very nice s-curve flight out of the wahoo. I tried throwing it overhand (thumber) and was very surprised by its flight. Instead of tumbling left and spiking down right it does this: Tumbles left, coasts right, then glides another 60 ft. Without much wind the flight is very predictable. I think overhands are going to be my go to throw this winter, they don't require much finesse and I think I could use a wet weather ball golf glove for added grip.

This is a great disc to have in your bag! After loosing a few discs on a few drive-over-water holes I decided to invest in this disc. It flies relatively straight with a little fade at the end, somewhat similar to a destroyer. One important note, just because a disc floats does not mean that you can retrieve it from the middle of a lake!!! I have unfortunately had to leave one that was out of reach.

The biggest reason I purchased this disc was because it floats. And it did not disappoint. However, it is also a great speed disc and has become one of my favorites. The orange color I received is awesome!

Took me awhile to get used to the high speed on this thing (not for beginners get a Dragon if you are just starting out and want a floater), but now driving into a headwind near water I wouldn't pick anything else.
