I have a very bad neck and all my stress goes straight to my neck and shoulders so I invested in this and I am glad I did. It has a timer of 15 minutes and I will sit with this on for up to 1 to 2 hours sometimes I fall asleep with it. It's very comforting it has a heat element and it's easy to move around to find the spots that are sore. It was well worth the money spent very easy to use and massage functions of balls work extremely well and you're able to maneuver them to the spots that need the most massaging sometimes if you press too hard balls will stop rolling so I have to be careful because I don't want to strip the motor on it by doing so. The rollability of the spinning balls are is very nice and it was well worth the money I spent.

I don't know why I didn't review this sooner, I've had it for 4 years now...I love it! It works great! You can tailor how much pressure you want by holding the handles, and place it anywhere on your back or neck. The heat is nice if you're centering it in one spot. It's the best one I've owned because of it's versatility, function, and durability. I would definitely by another, if this one ends up going out on me someday.

I love this product. It is much bigger and bulkier than I had anticipated but it delivers a great neck and scapular massage. Does not feel as great on the low back unfortunately.

Pinched nerve in my neck and this worked great! Not too heavy, massage options, heat options. Very pleased with this. Long cord too.

I really didn’t think this product would be very useful and got it for my boyfriend for his birthday as a kind of joke because he refuses to get professional massages. But it turns out that we both actually really like it and use it a lot! We keep it in the living room tucked away and pull it out anytime we have sore or stiff back muscles or if I’m getting a headache. I use it a lot for my shoulders and upper back and he mostly uses it for his shoulders and lower back. I love that you can change the speed and I like that it warms up a bit with the red light. It has a lot of power and you can control the pressure with your arms through the loops which I really like. The rotating shiatsu balls inside are surprisingly effective at kneading the muscles really deeply. I also like that you can change the direction in which they rotate (and they change direction during the session on their own as well, which I also like.). Really surprisingly impressed with this product and the fact that it has lasted three years is incredible! I have recommended it to all my family and friends.

The media could not be loaded. Massager works great, heat on it isn’t very very hot but it does get pretty warm!! No problems at all with it, I feel like somtimes u win or lose and in this case I took the chance and won! Ppl on reviews had problems but mine works great. Go for it and buy it!

This neck massager works great! I got it as a Christmas present for my husband, and he really loved it. It’s perfect for using while sitting at a desk or relaxing. Unfortunately, it stopped working after a couple of weeks—I suspect the issue is with the small cable that connects to the power outlet. Hoping to get a replacement soon because we really enjoyed it while it lasted!

If you don't have one you must get one! This has changed my life! It is just like having someone massage your back, neck, shoulders, legs, whatever ails you it can help! Use it daily and it's relaxing and you feel so much better
