The product is fine, but it comes WITHOUT a Fibre Washer 2 1/4" which is crucial when you install it
The product does not come with a crucial part, the Immersion Heater Fibre Washer 2 1/4". The product page does not mention this, amazon displays one from the same company in the section: "Frequently bought together" They sell this fibre washer for £17.12, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, a good quality Immersion Heater Fibre Washer 2 1/4" (search the internet for this term) can be purchased for a couple of pounds.
