Adventures Of Adam Raccoon 8 Volume Set

These books have been a favorite of my family for years, so we were thrilled they were back in print! Unfortunately, the values and lessons they were originally written to portray are no longer included at the back the books. If you are new to these books, here is a list of what each story represents.

I was so excited to see Amazon selling the entire series as a set. So I ordered right away when i noticed on sale, paid about $83 which made me happy!However, like other reviewers have mentioned, this updated series does not list the Parable like the original books do. I was a little bummed about it, but it wasnt a deal breaker. The message is the same.My four year old can't get enough of Adam Raccoon. I just wish Glen Keane would continue the series and write more.

I have had a couple of these books for years and my children always loved them. What I loved most about them was the Bible verse and questions in the back of the books. We used them as devotionals occasionally. This new set of books doesn't have the Bible verse or questions in the back. This was disappointing to me.

These books were originally purchased for by daughter over 25 years ago. We loved reading about Adam and his inquisitive personality (which many kids possess as well.)We have purchased many other copies over the years for nieces and nephews, primarily because no one wants to give up their own personal copy…the books are that good!!!

Our 2 daughters loved these books when they were little. We bought a set for our granddaughter. Love reading the stories to her. We were disappointed that the Bible Text that were in the back of the "Older" books are not in the new books.

We LOVE these books! We read them almost every night and the kids want to pick one to sleep with. Great way to incorporate the stories and lessons of Jesus to your little kids! Hoping he writes more!!

I read these to my kids, and now to my grandkids. We gave our 7 year old grandson his own set and he was soooo excited. Each book is a standalone story, based on a Bible Story. The whole series is somewhat Narniaish- Master’s Woods, King Aren, and the ever impish Adam Racoon. The books emphasize obedience and character. Love them.

My children, who are now adults, loved these when they were little. Wonderful message of Christ shared in a way that holds their attention.
