I was planning to use these to hold a box closed that had a girth of 34.5 inches, and these straps are in total 35 1/4 including buckle, leaving a total useable length of 32 inches. They'd be great if they had an actual length of 36 inches as they were advertised to have... I can still use them, just am going to have to order some short ones to add the necessary length to make them useable...I ordered some 18" straps so that combining the two, I could strap the above box together, and found that the total length of the shorter, 18 inch straps is in total, 17.34 inches long, leaving a 14.34 inch usable length, as I don't consider the turn back for fastening part of the length...When i read 18" long, i expect 18 inches of usable length, and the same with the 36 inch tie strap.For tying things together for storage, they seem fine, but the length needs to be corrected.

These are long, narrow velcro straps used for bundling things together. Even though they might be strong enough for heavier duty loads, I would never use these to hold anything more than a 10-15lbs. I use them to keep my computer a bit more tight and securely attached to the CPU mount under my desk, and it's perfect for that. Don't use these to secure heavy/large items to the roof of a car, or something critical. These are household straps.

Totally satisfied with previous order. They were well made and the dimensions were as specified. Reordered and what was delivered was nearly a 1/4 inch narrower. 13/16 inch width. May not seem like much but holding power is basically 25% less. I appreciate when vendors are accurate in their descriptions and they don't downgrade their products without warning just to maximize short term profits. I will look for another source for future purchases.

The straps are well made, sturdy, but only the last few inches have the hook side. I wanted a full length of it so the strap could be cut to size not needing to order a lesser count bag of the sizes I need for different applications. Will not buy again.

There are a variety if uses for these. Top quality, worth every penny. I use them to secure drawers on my portable tool box. Secre jack with handle in my trunk also to secure the crate i use to hold automotive fluids in my trunk. I pop riveted them to the tool box, also the trunk wall to hold the crate. Excellent product. Can always use more.

i was expecting to be wider, but they still do a good job.I use them for the bike and they are nice.I was expecting something more when it comes to the overall quality specially when you have the product in your hands. but the product is overall good.

More expensive than I thought they would be for their size but they definitely serve the purpose. I use this to re-close artificial Christmas Tree boxes after re-packing everything at the end of the season. I used to tape them up but the layers get annoying and unreliable over the years.No issues and hold well.

I like these Velcro strips because you can fasten them together very easily to secure large items. The Velcro extends along the full length of the strip. They are a little thin, but they hold tightly. IMO, they work well and the price is reasonable.
