Low-profile sponge filter.
The media could not be loaded. Every aquarist knows that there's no such thing as too much filtration. That being said, there's only so much space in a 10 gallon aquarium for extra filtration. This corner sponge filter is perfect for my 10 gallon tank. It fits in a back corner and oxygenated as well as filtering.

Your shrimp will love their bubble filter
The media could not be loaded. I got two of these filters that are meant for 90 gallons to put in my 30 gallon shrimp tank. I attached a video to show what the flow is like when I was in the middle of a water change. They're relatively new to my tank so I'm not quite sure how good the filtration is yet, but seemed to clear everything up pretty quickly after a large tank remodeling that involved uprooting plants and making a mess.Unfortunately, I do have some complaints. The adjustable output tube does not like to stay in place, they just slide off; there is no locking mechanism on the output tube like I've seen on other in large bubble filters. Moving the filters around during maintenance makes them pop off immediately. The filters sank and stayed down relatively well but could be better. Also, please keep in mind that putting these right up against the corners of your tank has potential to rrap your curious critters that were just trying to explore the backside of the filter or looking for hiding spots.

Amazing
I found this product in a blog review of the best sponge filters for small tanks (I have a 7 gallon). I bought it right away because I was setting up my tank for a betta and some ghost shrimp and it's a little larger than I expected it to be but that's ok because it fits perfectly in my tank. It does take a solid two days to soak up enough water to settle at the bottom of the tank and the bubbles it makes are pretty big but if you don't mind the wait and the noise (and it's really not even that noisy, I personally have no problem with it) then this is a great product. And it's super easy to take apart to clean

Good
It’s a decent temporary filter. It lasted about six months now it’s falling apart. As you can see it doesn’t keep my fish tank completely clean. I have to clean it every 3 days

Ok
Works all right. It would be better if the airline tubing was my secure. Also would be nice if the tube thing up top was I included.

Feel like it needs one thing, maybe two
I gave this 4-stars because the spot where the air tube mounts is extremely small in length. So when you push the air tube on, youre only getting it on.... maybe at most a 1/4 of an inch. Maybe 3/16?SO if you have soft air tubing, itll slowly work its way off. I had to trim and splice in some harder tubing I had just so it didnt slowly work itself off. Cause then otherwise, the filter is doing nothing and youre just spitting air out right next to it.Other than that, the size of the bubbles didnt bother me. Although I thought it was creative what the other reviewers did, by modifying it to fit an air stone. I may try this in the future.
