Do you mean how long does it stay fresh? About a week. Its a nice nosh. Their rum raisin chocolate bar is really delicious.

Q: With the cooling bag intact, is it OK to carry this chocolate over a long flight (20 Hours) in cabin?

An ice pack only last a few hours. You are cutting it close with a 20 hour flight. Get an extra gel pack and ask the flight attendant to keep the gel pack in the freezer for you or pack it on ice and change them out in the middle of the flight. It's usually a no but sometime flight attendants will let you keep them in the fridge if you ask nicely or share your chocolate.

Q: What is the difference between bitter vs. Ghana bitter?

Ghana Bitter has NO alcohol, Bitter has some very fine cognac in it that enhances the flavor. You have to realize something about Royce chocolate, their Bitter is much less pronounced than, say, Hershey bitter. It is quite smooth and subtle. The Nama is a truffle-like chocolate, extremely smooth, to be enjoyed at room temperature.
