Why spend the High $$ when there's no need, right?This is why I initially purchased one of these for my wife in the early summer of 2019. She loved it and wanted to buy another for her mom for Christmas, which we did. She also loves it. With hers came a coupon scratch- off (I assume for the holidays) for a free gift. It happened to be for another headset, which I just received the other day. I also love it and has came in handy multiple times already.Why do all of us love it?, here why:1) Price is very affordable and justifiable in our opinions2) The clarity is perfect, you can hear the person clearly and have no issues3) You do not have to have your outside voice to talk on it, more importantly you can actually talk in a little softer voice and be heard better then even in a normal voice4) No issues talking outside when there's a breeze, it must have some noise cancelling features in the MIC5) Seems to be very adapting to your ear, whichever one to decides to place at6) Seems to be well built. No issues with any of the three our family has.7) Plays music from your phone and has volume control along with mute on the headset if needed to adjust or use.8) When driving, you can configure google maps to play thru your bluetooth when connected. And it works fine thru this headset when i'm drivingCons:1) Minor. The case it comes in doesn't fit all the ear pc adapters that come with the unit. Which, once you figure out which one you like, you don't change out anyway so i don't see the need to carry all these anyway. (comes with 5 I believe and you have a place for 2 in the holder, plus the one on the headset)2) Minor but worth mentioning. The charging cord is short (less than 12") has USB plug on one end, you'll need to have something where this can plug into to charge with. No Issues for us three, we have that.3) Again Minor. Charging cord doesn't have a spot in the case to carry eitherI would most definitely buy this again if I had to!! you won't go wrong.

So let me say first that I emailed the customer service on the card inside the box and they responded to every question and complaint within 12 hours (different time zone). When they could not fix my issue, they refunded my card immediately and didn't even make me go through the hassle of returning it.PROS: 1) Great sound quality. Everyone that had issue hearing me before said it was much better, even with ambient noise. 2) The buttons were laid out in places that made it easy to push the one you want to without accidentally making a call or something. 3) Design and case are very sleek and easy to throw in my bag.CONS: 1) I have very small ears and the earpiece hurt my ear. I was able to put a smaller pad on it from another headset (took a great deal of squeezing and pushing, but I got it on there) and that helped a bit, but I still have to rest it outside my ear so it doesn't hurt. It stays on just fine hanging on my ear, though 2) The mute button does not work with a PC. Apparently this is not uncommon, but it is my most important feature so I will be looking for something different. Mute button DOES work great with a MAC and with an android phone, though, just not with my Acer laptop on Windows 10.Also saw some questions about the beeping, so I wanted to put here that it has a kind of call-waiting noise when you have the headset on mute to remind you that you are muted.

Packaging was easy to deal with and protected the product well. Packaging is all cardboard (no plastic) so recycles easily which I like. Inside the package was a warranty card, instruction booklet, and the headset in a plastic case. The hard plastic case holds the headset well and protects it from damage. It doesn't snap shut but the hinge is spring loaded and keeps it closed. Also included are two other ear cushions to adjust to the inside of your ear (three total).The ear hook pivots in two directions (around the earpiece and where the chrome ring is) to adjust the headset to your ear and face. It can be worn on either ear. It will need to be folded flat to fit in the storage case.It comes partially charged. Connection is micro USB. Single LED on arm indicates red for charging and blue when charged. To charge fully took about 20-30 minutes.Four buttons on headset control all functions; these are explained very well in the included instructions.Pairing was easy and without issue, displays as "G3" on your device. After initial pairing all future connections were quick and automatic (tested with a Android smartphone). Can be connected to two devices at the same time. Voice prompts in earpiece indicates power and connection status, which is clearer than beeps that some other devices have.Call quality is excellent, people I have called have told me they can hear me clearly with minimal if any background noise. You can also listen to music with this headset from your device, but with only being in one ear it understandably won't sound as good as with a stereo headset.I am very happy with this headset and would recommend it to others.P.S. Don't forget to look under the cover in the bottom of the box - you will find more ear cushions and a short USB charging cord. I just happened to notice it just before I went to recycle the box.
