The shipping was slow coming from China but it was WELL worth the wait. $40. for a quality gun where the Tornador black gun costs $180 for the same thing. It was put together and ready for use when I opened the package. The only thing I had to do is install a black rubber gasket on the lid that attaches to the liquid bottle. I immediately filled it up with nothing but hot water and went to town on my car. The max PSI is 133PSI so I set my compressor to 120PSI. I was blown away with how well it works. I was also surprised how little liquid it uses. I thought it would drench things a bit more but was pleasantly surprised. The carpet was simply a little damp after I blasted it. I can't wait to do a better job cleaning with this thing in the very near future. I think I will start using a cleaning solution moving forward and try to pre-treat the things I clean like wheels, etc with this gun. I hope it holds up but so far I love it! Great purchase.

Worked as advertised. not a long term product but that was expected. Quality was good and expected to be. You will get many uses but the results diminish over time and you will have to replace but at this price point it is well worth it. Great product and great results.

I got mine yesterday and immediately hooked it up. It does not get all stains/dirt out - somethings are just to deep to get out. In my case, a can of sprite had exploded in the back of my corvette coup and then sat in the sun for a few days before I discovered it. All the sugar in the soda browned all of my interior light grey carpet. The stains were dark brown - almost the color of coca cola. This thing did a good job of reducing the those dark brown stains but ultimately the stains were to deep and ingrained in the carpet so this tool was only able to greatly reduce the dark brown to a light yellowish color - overall it looked much better but it could not get the stains out.The other thing to note is if you plan on using this thing for more than 30 seconds at a time you are going to need a 25gallon (or more) air compressor. For optimal performance the gun needs to operate at 130PSI...130PSI on a 6 gallon pancake compressor goes quick...about 20 seconds of use before the tank pressure dropped too low and the motor kicks on again to refill the tank. Around 80psi the gun becomes in effective...so you must wait for the tank to fill up again which takes about another 40-50 seconds. Thus for about every 5 minutes you only get 1 minute of effective cleaning gun usage. A 25 gallon air compressor would extend that 5 to 6 fold.I would give this tool about a 3.5 star rating. It IS effective but there are more than a few areas where the gun doesn't do the full job - combine this needing to purchase a $350 25 gallon air compressor (if you don't already have one) - takes away from the effectiveness of the tool.

The media could not be loaded.  This item is not worth the money in my opinion. I used a 20:1 mix of carguys upholstery cleaner per directions and the recommended air pressure. The little twitter nozzle got stuck frequently. It could only be used on vertical surfaces ...as soon as I went horizontal it leaked all over my seat. at one point it actually shot a stream out of a vent hole. i really appreciate this product. makes quick use of cleaning my car. it’s a breeze to quickly clean my rims, and on the inside it’s amazing on floor mats as well as hard to reach areas. you can quickly blast areas with air or literally just turn a small lever up and you use your favorite cleaning product. i have absolutely zero complaints with this product. price is extremely affordable and all it has saved me a ton of time. i even used it the other day on my garage door and make quick clean up of pesky little debris that was accumulating.oh yeah and the cleaning solution you put in the container goes along way so your an extra plus in my book
