Helped keep my milk supply up when my baby needed it most.
My baby was jaundice and sleepy. He had difficulty latching when my milk came in and my breasts became engorged. I was worried my supply may be low after the first week of challenging feedings but the Fenugreek helped to support my production and maintained my supply.

Supply definitely went up
I struggled for 2 months to get my supply up from the day of my babies birth. My lactation consultants recommended this and it worked for me (now pumping more consistently as well - supply doesn’t drop dramatically to nothing at the end of the day anymore). Have your doc check your hormones and thyroid before taking as this will tank your supply if those are off.

Increased my supply
I wanted to increase my milk supply a little and I've tried a few other supplements and didn't really notice a change but within a week I noticed a change after taking these! About an oz or 2 and I'm happy with that! I recommend this product!

Okay..
I purchased two bottles of this stuff. The capsules of one bottle were dark and the capsules of the other bottle (which I started on yesterday) are a light brown color and I can clearly see the movement of the fluid inside the capsule. With the first bottle, I did not notice an increase in my supply and although I've only been using the second bottle for a day, I came home from work on my break and pumped 4.5 oz in ten minutes. I am usually only able to pump 3oz in ten minutes. I haven't changed anything in my diet to explain this sudden increase so I do believe it was the use of the new pills.I think the first bottle may have been older and so the capsules may have lost their potency. That is the only theory I have to explain the dark color and my inability to see the fluid in the capsule. I guess just be careful with this stuff. I haven't tried another brand but there are other brands of this stuff that are much less expensive. After I am through with this second bottle, I think I will try a least expensive brand I saw on Amazon.

Unsure
I like that these pills are so pure and natural, and I know many women have luck with fenugreek. I had no side effects with the pills. However, I didn't really see any change in my milk supply either. I also noticed that the first time I tried these, my daughter developed a bad cough and had a really runny nose and just lots and lots of drooling. I chalked it up to teething or a cold. As soon as I stopped these pills she got better. I recently started them up again when my supply dipped and, once again, within about 3 days my daughter got a really runny nose and cough. It's like they made her develop more phlegm. I haven't read of these pills causing that effect in babies, but I think it's very strange that the same thing has happened to her each time I've started these pills. I don't know that the pills did it, but it's too much of a coincidence for me to ignore the possibility, so I won't be taking them anymore.

Increased supply in 2 days
My milk supply had gone down by 50% (baby continued to nurse the same way, but on the pump I was only getting 3oz at a time instead of 6oz which had been my normal for a while). After taking these pills for 2 days the supply went back to where it used to be, and I went back to feel my breasts full if I didn’t nurse/pumped for a few hours.
