This mount is great. The quality of the mount itself (the Velcro portion, etc.) is exactly what I expected it to be. It is sturdy and good looking, and most importantly, it works great.As others have mentioned the included clip is extremely cheap and janky. In the pictures I have included, you can see that it is constructed of shiny, brittle plastic. I would not trust my camera on the included clip and will never use it. I also show the included clip next to an official GoPro clip; you can see that the GoPro clip has the rubber center piece, while the cheap clip included with this mount simply has a plastic center piece which offers absolutely zero support to the portion of the clip that holds the camera... if it breaks there is simply a huge chance the camera could fall. My GoPro clip works just fine for me with this mount and that is what I will use.The thing is, had this mount not even come with a clip, it would be just as great a deal and I would have gladly paid the same price. So, consider the included clip just a junky freebie add-on. I am so happy with this mount that my star rating applies only to it, and NOT the included crappy clip.Also, if you are using this with a backpack, there is a chance depending on the shape of the shoulder strap that this could slide down. My backpack has a horizontal strap between the shoulder straps and this will prevent the mound from sliding down past it. But if you don't have this horizontal strap this could be an issue for you. Just something to be aware of.Bottom line is, for less than 12 bucks (at the time of my purchase) you can't go wrong and you will be happy with this nice little mount. Indeed.

This is an excellent product. I use mine for scuba diving. And the grip on the inside stop a lot of movement. Extremely happy with this product. The Velcro is very good and easy to use. Very strong large quick release and the 2 mounting positions give me great pov options.

I really like the shots I get from this mount when I hike, because I'm not the smoothest hiker I get a lot of up and down motion from my Osmo Action 3 but overall, this view point is great. The adjustment point of the mount isn't my favorite but it works well. I find the small start style nuts hard to grip and loosen, but wrapping a silicone wrist band around it acts like a wrench and gets it loose.This mount depending on where you put it will make your backpack strap incredibly stiff, and a bit uncomfortable. That said it's a trade off for me, this is a great stable mount that gives some great hiking footage.

I like attaching my go pro to it and attaching it to my BCD. Works great, stays snug in place even while moving in the water. I’ve only dived fresh water but rinse it out with my gear anyways. Works great!

I wanted a way to use my GoPro 10 hands free some what unobtrusively while traveling. I attached this to my day pack shoulder straps and with a little practice have been satisfied with the vids. It does stick out a bit and occasionally draws looks. Pro tip: shut the front screen and beeps off. There are two versions of the TELESIN and you must get the 360 version to make directional adjustments. It's durable, versatile and I have used it for the past 10 months in 6 countries. I recommend it.

Good mount. Like everyone else says the clip is beyond worthless and is super cheap. Do not put a GoPro on the included mount. Replace it with a GoPro swivel clip and you’re good to go. We got these to mount our GoPros to our BCDs when diving. Super strong Velcro keeps the mount in place. We would not hesitate to repurchase but would always replace the clip with a real GoPro one.

This product works as stated in the description. As other’s have mentioned, the GoPro will likely sit slightly slanted since the shoulder strap will not keep the camera perfectly level. This product comes with the strap itself, a connector piece that attaches to the shoulder strap mount as well as one locking screw. In the last photo I attached, you can see an additional connector piece that will allow you to angle the camera to the left or right (this piece is not included). I find this additional connector piece helpful in making the footage more level and allowing for more up & down flexibility (since without the extra piece the camera will be limited to sitting flush against the strap). I got this backpack strap mount for getting footage of summiting a mountain in which a chest strap wouldn’t have been comfortable, but if you’re looking for a more level mount, I would recommend sticking with a helmet mount or maybe a chest mount.
