Honestly like it, mine came in good condition nothing bent or ripped and the hair stay inside some fall out but it’s normal and not as bad with out the cape or a regular one that flows down... so far so good. My son would cry move and complain so much cause of the hair getting on him.now he’s gotten use to wearing it and he doesn’t throw a fit now

It was just what I expected and their was no hassle! The cut hair wasn’t everywhere and clean up was a breeze!!

During the pandemic hair salons in my area were closed for about three months. I purchased this cape to use when cutting my son's hair. I am not a professional, but know about hair slivers. Nothing I want to experience! It has been really nice to have his hair stay in the cape "bowl". After my son's haircut, I lift this off of him and take it out to the garbage can. Once the pandemic is over I plan on taking his back to the salon for his cuts. Even though home hair cuts are a temporary thing, I would purchase this again in a heartbeat!

Immediately out of the box the Velcro was coming off. There was red thread stuck in it from who knows what. Then, one of the side straps came off.This product is VERY cheaply made. For $8 I wasn't expecting top quality but i was expecting to get 1 or 2 uses out of it before aomething broke. I wasn't expecting to have it come out of the box falling apart.

i tried using this on my son who is 8, he felt very uncomfortable with it on. Harder for me to cut his hair keeping me back with the ring round him. I thought it was a great idea to use and avoid getting hair on the floor but it wasn't worth the hassle. I had a hard time working around it. it caught most of the hair but still spilled on the floor when my son kept fidgeting, I kept it but put it away, haven't used it after the first time.

So i have a special needs child and i thought this would help haircuts be easier since his sensory issues cause issue every time. He hates any hair on him. so i thought this was a good idea. either im not using properly or this does not bend as it should. It doesn't look like the picture. It arrived and i used and it just stays straight so all the hair falls everywhere making the same mess as i would make even without it. So i wasn't satisfied with my purchase but maybe others find the product helpful. Price was descent but product doesn't work for our family.

Works better than I thought it would. Catches most of the hair so less mess for sure. I didn't have any trouble folding it up to put away. It does want to spring back open but I just stick it under our bath towels in the closet. So far that hasn't messed with the shape when I take it out to use it.

I use this for my 5 and 7-year-old boys and it works great. No more mess and they are way more patient during the hair cutting process as they are no longer super uncomfortable with all the hair. Clean up is a breeze now.

My father in law is in a hospital and he really needed a haircut, unfortunately getting him out of bed is not an option. While looking for a regular cape I came across this and cound not have been happier with it. It catches all of the hair so it's a breeze to clean up afterwards. It worked great in the hospital but I also used it while cutting my husbands hair at home. I got a child size because it was the only one available for next day delivery, it still works great on an adult but you need to clip the neck opening to stop it from popping out.If you don't need it immediately they have an adult version as well.Higly recommend if you are cutting hair at home.

Works great, caught all the hair. It does require a safety pin to close the opening so hair doesn’t fall through. But for the price that’s fine with me. The neck goes up more than the hairdressers cape so there’s way less itchy hair compared to hairdressers cape. No mess to clean up at all.

Its great for catching hair, my bathroom floor was so much better! Just a little tricky when getting rid of the hair, and needed to use a peg to keep it tight.

Flimsy and should have higher sides. Not great.
