Tried to use once kept stopping on its own or shorting out. Then the two settings "Magic Wand or Original" were both too rough while it was on my girl said and I quote "Why is it so rough is that at the highest setting?" And she couldn't feel a difference in either setting.

Had this for 2 weeks for neck and shoulder Soreness due to my job. The high speed setting no longer works and low speed will accelerate and de-celerate randomly. It’s also does not have Hitachi on it so it might be a fake.

This is a replacement the first one I bought died. If this one dies i would like my money back

This product is ok, but it is NOT the “original 2013 Hitachi Magic Wand”. It is made in Japan, and it is a generic brand, NOT Hitachi. I am not sure why they say it is. It works well, but not like my Hitachi for sure.
