I wanted to give a zero or negative rating for this product and the vendor's selling policy. However since there are no such option found, i rated it with one star and the one star is not for the product, it is for the delivery, which was on time.Please do not buy this product seeing the description. I believe people like me those who buy this product go for it due to their health reasons... not for any fancy intention and from that perspective, this product and the un-scientific ergonomics of this product could worsen your health condition. It is not going to give you the kind of support that you are looking for to your cervical and lumbar area. Not even useful for simple relaxed sitting. Please don't be fooled with some of the glossy reviews, which attracted me as well earlier made me to take a decision to buy this. Now i really regret after 3 to 4 days of usage. I requested for return this after 4 days but that was still not approved. Today I’ve got a response (after submitting a claim and follow-ups) that it will not be returned. This has completely shaken my trust on amazon’s sale and return policy.Some points for the benefit of those who are thinking to buy this…..The product doesn't fit in any of the standard office chairs and one will need to go for any custom made chairs.With great difficulty, if this fits on any of the chairs, it will eat up around 30 - 40 % of your seating area, which means you are going to further develop more health issues due to wrong postures and un-comfortable sitting.Tried to use it on my car (standard sedan), but the situation was extremely terrible. So my request to people who are looking to buy this due to their health situation or even sitting comfort ***********PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED *** and waste your hard earned money.

takes all of my car seat space with very little space left to sit. Not useful. I requested for return which was not approved. Please dont buy this.

Got this product delivered before the given date with very good packaging.back buddy seems to do its job just fine,but for a 6 footer like me its seems to eat up the seat space.

I am not finding a zero rating here, otherwise I would have given Zero. The product description does not match. Both Sellers and Amazon cheated me on this product. I strongly recommend not to buy this one

Its very good to use it at home. Solves the purpose. Only disadvantage is its little heavy to carry outdoor.

Very good product for full back support on any chair. I don't use the neck support much but that is also helpful if you plan to sit for longer hours and would like give your neck a little relaxation in between.I haven't used it in my car, however I think its thickness may be a problem and reduce the space to sit. But at the same time I love its thickness which gives the required amount of toughness that you need for your back.

Very helpful for long drives and time consuming delhi like traffic. Reduces the driving stress. Bit costly but worth
