Definitely sour, it does the job

This is the best tasting Sweet & sour drink mixer I have ever tried! It's got more of a natural sour taste and the sweetness is on point! It has completely changed the taste of drinks for me in a good way! I would 10/10 Reccommend!

Used to purchase Agalima through our local stores - they stopped carrying it - thankfully still can be sourced from Amazon. The flavor of this Sweet and Sour mix is unmatched - mix with some Amoretto and you have a dessert drink for the patio unlike any other. This is a premium blend of Sweet and Sour, organic as well - worth every penny. I try and keep a couple bottles on hand, as we go through them quickly when we use them.

This is the best sweet and sour mix I’ve every had or served. It has no artificial flavor taste and it’s smooth and delicious. My friends think it’s homemade!

This is authentic tasting sweet and sour mix but would be even better if it was a bit more tart. As is, I have to add more fresh lemon or lime juice per cocktail to make it brighter and more interesting tasting.

I’ve long looked for a really good pre-made whisky sour mix and I think I’ve found one. Most mixes I’ve tried are just sour, but this one brings some tartness to the mix that softens the sourness. I’m working through my whisky and bourbon collection to see which ones make the best sours with this mix. It’s a heavy burden, I know, but it’s one I’m willing to bear.

Bought this on a lazy whim with some disarono, not sure if we had fresh lemons at home.We did have fresh lemons, so i made two amaretto sours, one with fresh lemons and simple syrup, and the other with this.The drink with this in it was abjectly disgusting.Before I threw the whole thing out, I decided to give it a try with club soda over ice.Abjectly delicious. Not super "authentic" lemon flavor, but made a solid soda.I've since thrown the juice from a couple real lemons in it and the flavor improved markedly, though not enough to make it palatable in a whiskey sour or other cocktail.But for a much better soda, get some lemon flavored seltzer and mix it with this. Then you're in real business.If you want it boozey, 1-2oz of this (to taste) 1.5oz of whiskey, top with lemon flavored seltzer (about 4oz) and ice, garnish with a clapped sprig of mint, and you've got yourself an amazing summer cocktail. But if you're making something pure and simple with good ingredients, don't even think about this stuff.Honestly though, for how good a summer soda it makes, I might actually buy it again.
