3 years in and still a favorite
The media could not be loaded. This is a perfect cat tree. Easy to install. Good quality. Not an eye sore. Cats scratch and the more they scratch a specific area the more they are attracted to scratch that area. Obviously this is well scratched - it’s held up to several years of use now. It saves my carpet and couches. Coat this thing in dried cat nip and play things and your cats will love it in no time!

Great purchase at a great price
I chose this particular post because it’s actually got sisal rope as the posts vs carpet like most others. It didn’t disappoint when it arrived - it was easy to assemble, solidly built, and even firmly supports our 24 pound cat launching himself at it and off of it! We didn’t use the drywall anchors they included, didn’t want to put more holes in the walls. But you DO need to anchor this thing somehow...it’s definitely necessary due to the height. Instead of the anchors/holes in walls, we used the heavy duty Command picture hanging Velcro strips. We put two on the top level and one on the middle level and secured the whole thing to the wall with those. It doesn’t even budge. Not even a little. But you can unvelcro it if needed to clean behind it, replace pieces, you name it. I like that the base isn’t large, so it doesn’t take up a big footprint. I also like the fact that you can reorder replacement pieces if they destroy sections of the scratching post. As for the cats liking it...it took our new kitten a try or two to figure out how to pull himself up to the top of each level when coming up through the hole, as the surface of the levels is slick other than where the pad part is. The first time he tried to get up there he slipped back down. But after that, he learned how to grip the edge and pull himself up, and then proceeded to scurry all the way up to the very top several times like a little monkey. Our older, larger cats also seem to enjoy this scratcher/climber, I’ve seen most of them on it at least once since we put it up last night. This has been an instant hit in our house!

Great climbing post, but does have a cosmetic flaw
Half way between platform, two sections of the climbing post are put together. Where they meet is a gap. Its around 1/4" and you can't hide it. I'm going to have to glue some rope over it to help hide it. For the price of this climbing post, it should have had no gap.Recommendation - Don't rely on the wall anchors alone to secure the tower to the wall. Find he wall stud and add a 3rd screw that goes into the stud. This will make the shelves and the tower very strong and secure.BTW - I swapped the middle and top platforms in order for it to clear my TV set. That worked out great.

Functional, Fun and Attractive
First of all, the pre-purchase communications were one of the prime reasons I bought this product. Ever question, no matter how trivial, was answered quickly in a most friendly and personably way.I have 2 large cats; they are long and heavy (one is 15 lb and the other is 18+) - so sturdiness and stability were very important. Also, the other trees I have had suffered from platforms that were too small. In addition, I wanted to install this tree in my living room, so looks were important. My cats requested a very tall tree, and one that was just platforms and not a bunch of cutesy houses, etc. When shopping, I was attracted to the good look of the tree, and the fact that it could be anchored to the wall (actually it has to be anchored to the wall) - it had the simple platform only design and the sisal covered posts that my cats love. However, it was not as tall as I wanted - upon contacting PetFusion, Alexandra suggested that I might consider buying 2 units and combining them. That is what I did - another benefit of the construction was that I could arrange the platforms any way I wanted (under close feline supervision of course). The units arrived very well packaged, always a nice touch. My competed tree is about 8 feet tall, looks great, and with the extra parts I was able to assemble a nice scratching post - a bonus. Photos attached. The cat tree components are all high quality, and I would buy again. Cat approved.

Cats love it, install it correctly
It's very sturdy and stable, but make sure you put it in a stud. I have two larger cats (12 lb) and they pulled it out of the drywall anchors twice, so we actually took it down until we put it in a stud to keep it steady. Not to mention that just installing the drywall anchors can pointlessly bore holes in the wall if you aren't careful anyway. I would have preferred to see an expansion anchor than a hollow-wall anchor to prevent the possible incidental boring. The teeth on the anchor are also threaded a little shallow. That's not a defect, a lot of hardware uses the identical anchor, it just makes it even easier to mess up. I'm not a strong physics student, but I didn't expect a 12 pound cat to be able to eventually rip the tree away from the wall when there are four anchors rated for 90 lbs each securing it. Some sites rate the same style of anchor closer to 120 lbs in practice, so I'm even more perplexed.-1 to ease of use for the anchors boring huge holes in my wall and still not working, and -1 because frankly it's a bit heavy to hold the top part overhead while trying to gently screw it in to the midsection. That's just a fact of life, but that doesn't make it great. Dinged a star each off of sturdiness and stability because of the anchors.Still a five star product though just because the cats love it so much. It's well worth the investment and then some despite my initial sticker shock, but I can still wish the installation was a little smoother and more consistent.

Awesome wall tree!
I’ve never before considered wall mounted cat trees (to minimize the number of holes in walls), but now I question why I waited so long! This thing is sturdy, attractive, and so useful to the cats. They use it to find solace, bask in the sun and view nature (mounted by a window), and to serve as overlord. It was easy to assemble (<15 mins) and blends just fine with our decor.Did not align perfectly with studs in our wall, but we were able to secure most points to studs. And the result is completely sturdy!

Crazy cats love this cat tower!
The media could not be loaded. We have two big and active cats. One is 16 pounds and the other is 15 pounds. We hoped this tower would give them some fun exercise, as well as a place to look out the window. The packaging was great. The cats immediately assisted in moving the pieces! The instructions were simple and easy to follow. All of the pieces were present and in great condition. We decided to mount the town between two windows, as such, the top is only attached with one screw. It feels pretty secure, but time will tell. We finally had to lock the cats out of the room because they were climbing it before we even had it attached to the wall! Once it was complete, we opened the door and let them in. The both climbed to the top in a matter of minutes. Thank goodness for the velco attached sitting pads, because without them, I'm sure they would tumble - as it is one of them rolled off the top and onto the dresser we have beside it! They love the hole, and the posts for scratching. We've only had it assembled for an hour and already we are planning to buy another one! It's not tacky or ugly, it's big enough to be functional, the wall fasteners make it safe and stable. It's a great product. We give it eight paws-up!!UPDATE January 28, 2023: We've had our cat tower for almost three months, and I'm happy to say that the cats love it as much today as they did when we unpacked it. I have one cat who will run at top speed, leap to the second level post and climb to the top platform in two bounds. If I had a piece of constructive advice to the designers, I'd say that the top platform could be larger. My cat loves to sit up there, but he doesn't really fit!! His belly hangs over the hole! We are building a cattery/solarium for our cats and intend to buy two more of these to add to that space. Anchored to the wall it is solid safe for wild kitty play time!!

Gute Aussicht

Cats love it
Bigger than I was expecting, but I should have read the dimensions. But it doesn't matter. Really easy to assemble, very sturdy and looks nice (some cat climbers can look a bit tatty). More importantly the cats jumped on it straight away and started scratching at the posts (they do struggle to get down from the top shelf but they'll figure it out) - 2 happy customers, and me

Cats love it
This was incredible value for money. Cheaper to import it from USA to Australia than anything similar I could find here in Australia. It is extremely good quality. And once properly installed against the wall, nothing short of a major earthquake would move this thing! Cats love it, including all the foster kittens that come through.Only thing to mention is it is a bit tricky for the larger cats to climb DOWN, they kind of have to nose dive straight down because there is no angle to the poles. They learn to either jump from one platform to the other, or to whatever is nearby, but it can make some of them a bit nervous to begin with.
