This game has the arrows. No soldiers, as others have stated. See photos.

Is this the version with mission cards?

No it is not the version with the mission cards, cities, or airports. The item pictured is the Risk: Revised Edition released in 2008, however what you will receive will be a simplified version of Risk released in 2010 with none of the extra objectives and other goodies released in the 2008 version. I have attempted to order this item from two different seller's and have received the incorrect version each time. Amazon needs to update this listing so that customers do not buy the incorrect item.
