MCGARD 78713 Stainless Steel Cragar Center Hole Mag Washer - Pack of 10,Silver

The lugnuts on my race car had the thin style washers and it caused the lugnut to bottom against the rotor when tightened. I replaced those with these thicker style washers and it completely solved my problem. These are the thick kind that the old Weld Racing lugnuts used to come with, not the much thinner shim type everything comes with now.

The old washer type of lug nuts are somewhat obsolete now as most mags use taper seat nuts. I still have a set of the old style and the original washers were pretty much trashed. I was going to buy some hardened washers but the dimensions wouldn't work and they were plain steel (rust). I took a chance and found these. Not only are the dimensions correct but they're thicker so they won't distort. An added bonus is that they're stainless so no rust. Not all that expensive for a specialty item. Had to buy 2 packs.
