Dover edition never disappoints.
Good value, easy page turns and good binding.

Good if you want everything
Aside from the Italian Concerto and the French Partita, what's in this volume are keyboard pieces that are early Bach and not nearly as good as the WTC, etc. (Believe it or not, Bach COULD, at least in the early part of his career, write music that was not terribly interesting.) If you want to explore Bach in depth (including first versions of WTC fugues, which gives a kind of interesting perspective on the creative process), this book is useful. I seem to remember some other reviewer complaining about the print being too small--the music for the two pieces mentioned by name above is actually printed LARGER than the music in the Dover collection of keyboard music that has the English and French Suites, Goldberg Variations, etc., a collection that I have always found quite serviceable. Maybe the guy needs glasses.

Great collection of works from the master
A must for any keyboard player interested on Bach, for a good price. I don't see any problem on the absence of fingerings or dynamics, since it makes easer to develop one's own interpretation. And that's expected, considering the source of the scores.

My son loved it. Went right to the piano and began picking out a piece.

not good
i needed a new version of concerto italiano. so i ordered this b/c i thought of the added bonus of the fantasies in there and select fugues. i previously had the version with the white cover and black font, which had the concerto spread out over i think 18 or so pages. this made it much easier to read, and there were fingering suggestions. this edition here barely has NO fingering suggestions, and barely any dynamic suggestions. and they squished the whole concerto into - i kid you not - 5 miserably cramped pages. please don't buy this... of course we should all go for the blue edition, which is the best for Bach. sorry, i don't know any of the names of the editions, i just know what they look like, but if you're a pianist you probably know what i'm talking about :)
