I love using this salt in my baths to help with detoxing my lymph; warm salt baths help you sweat and pull out the water/toxins from your body. That's why it is important to drink a lot of fresh water after a hot bath in salt so that you can replace the fluids you lost! I know this stuff works because I get out of the bath feeling light-headed and thirsty (the lovely symptoms of detoxing). My daughter uses this in her cleansing baths and she says she can feel a difference. And the price is better than the health food stores.

So this is all I know so far and I don't know if it helps me or not. Was recently diagnosed with a weird type of Eczema mostly caused by stress, salt water is supposed to be the best for my skin. My Himalayn salt lamp works miracles for me especially with sleep so figure this would be miracle also? Seems this salt doesn't completely dissolve, but maybe I'm doing something wrong? Have only tried 2 baths so far, but great buy at this sizehowever you look at it so not giving up as of yet.

I think maybe they over estimate how much you need. I have a large old tub with no overflow outlet so I added like 4 or maybe a bit more cups to a full tub as they suggest aa 1% solution. Not all of the salt even eventually dissolved with stirring and soaking. It was a nice soak. I got restless lying in it so I got out and cooled off at least 3 times and then went back in... still warm. I cannot get out of a hot bath or shower without even just a quick cold rinse, so I did cold rinse a bit to cool off, but I was submerged - body, hair, face, and no soap or product beyond using some salt as a scrub. Everything was very nice and soft, not dry like you might expect from salt.

I love this, and will definitely use and recommend it because of it's great value if you sell homemade bath and body items like I do and can't always get bulk from wholesale suppliers, however the medium grain came in much finer than I expected.Not really an issue though, still thoroughly happy with my purchase!

Came quickly and just as described. I use these salts for some homemade bath salt recipes. Works beautifully and adds that pretty bit of color when mixed with some other salts.
