To be honest, I was scared when I first got these pills as I though that they were so big that i would choke on them. Believe it or not, it was easy to swallow. I would prefer for them to be smaller and I would just take 2 but I have noticed that all the pills that are made with these ingredients are that big no matter the manufacturer.
