I bought the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic (Tide) for my wife and she absolutely loves it. The ceramic finish looks clean and elegant — it doesn’t feel like a bulky piece of tech, just a really nice ring she actually wants to wear every day. I LOVE MY RING!!!! I originally got the metallic ones and within a few days it seemed it'd be easy to scratch...then they came out with the ceramic and I was SO EXCITED! I got the beautiful pearly pink one and it does not scratch ever. I am a busy mom of 4 and it is beautiful, feminine and has no scratches. It's accurate. Charges well. Connects well. It's sooo strange that people wrote such odd negative reviews here. I've had ZERO problems and it's ammmmmazing. Plus you have 30 days to return it to try so give it a try! :) My hubby is going to get one too in the midnight blue from their website.

Bought for husband. He loves it and isn't a ring guy...like no wedding ring kinda guy. Says he wishes this was around when he bought is smart watch. He wont sleep with a watch, but the ring is comfortable. He likes the information it gives and the ease of tracking things. He is not a gentle creature and so far its holding up and still looks brans new. He gets a lot of compliments and questions about it.

What really stands out is the app experience: the UI is clean, intuitive, and actually enjoyable to use. It presents data in a way that feels actionable without being overwhelming. The sleep tracking has been especially helpful. The level of detail, like sleep stages, restfulness, and trends over time and has given me better insight into how my habits impact recovery. I also appreciate how it passively tracks activity throughout the day without needing to manually log everything. Overall, it’s been a great alternative to a smartwatch, especially if you're trying to be more mindful and less connected while still keeping tabs on your health. Comfortable, discreet, and surprisingly powerful. The ceramic one seems durable and I picked up a polishing cloth for it. Charging is easy with the included charger.

Love what the ring does. Happy with the stats you get. I bought a less expensive version of a smart ring and it only lasted 4 months! Color is pretty. Ceramic exterior not very scratch resistant though.

I’ve really enjoyed using this ring so far. It has a good lightweight fit, comfortable, and much less distracting than wearing a smartwatch all day and night. Great functions including sleep tracking which has been especially helpful and honestly feels pretty accurate compared to how rested I actually feel. The app is clean and easy to understand but it is not included and you have to pay a monthly subscription. I like being able to see trends with sleep, stress, activity, and recovery all in one place. Very duarable. The ceramic cloud color also looks sleek and neutral enough to wear with everything. Battery life has been solid too. Expensive, yes, but if you’re into health tracking and want something more minimal than a watch, I think it’s worth it.

The ring looks great out of the box and is very comfortable to wear daily. That said, after three months of everyday use — no gym, no heavy lifting, nothing extreme — the ceramic finish is already showing noticeable wear and scratches. For a premium device at this price point, that’s disappointing. As for the health tracking itself, I honestly haven’t noticed a major benefit. My sleep was bad before and it’s still bad — the ring just confirms it with graphs now. The algorithms do their thing, but I can’t say the data has changed my habits. The ring is beautiful, the app is fine, but I’d recommend going with titanium over ceramic. Three stars because the hardware quality doesn’t match the price.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
