The product works great, price is right and was very easy to assemble. The customer service was great as well. I accidentally broke one of the fittings. They promptly sent me replacement parts without any hassles, and no charge! Works great so I bought another one.

The media could not be loaded. Overall very nice and thoughtful design. this product cover a lot of problem that other similar product doesn't cover. The water filter is one of them. However, mine works for one day and then when the water pressure is high whole water filter pop out as my video shown. When it happen once the water filter seems can't handle regular pressure no more, I have to tune my water flow very weak for not popping out the whole water filter.Update: after mentioned on the post seller send me a upgraded version of the water filter and everything works fine now. 5 star!

The pressure controller on system did not work. I had to hook it up with a different fitting.

Easy to assemble for the most part. The parts are plastic and some of them don’t look like they’ll hold up very well. Once assembled, as soon as I turned on the water (very slowly) the end cap of the included filter popped right off and flew about 10 feet. No matter how low I set the shut off valve, the cap would pop off. And the system leaked in several places. One last complaint I have is that the mist is not very fine. It is more like small water droplets. So don’t expect to use this around furniture because it will become soaked fairly quickly.

The flow switch broke the first time we used it, which is a nuisance but we were able to run the line with a different attachment that came with it. I thought it had two extra brass nozzles, which I thought was a nice touch given how prone they are to fail or get lost, but it turned out that the two extras were just blocks, in case you decided you didn't want a given node to spray. The cable anchors that can be used to attach the line to wood have nails that are far too short to do the job, so I had to use some of my own that I was lucky to have on hand. Of the seven nozzles, two actually misted as expected, two half-sprayed streams and half-misted, one leaked and streamed with no mist, and one didn't do anything. The connections were solid and easy to make, the only good thing I can really say about it. I didn't fully try it out until the heat hit, by which time their return window closed. So just money wasted. Ugh

There’s a lot to like. It works great and comes with plenty of hardware. We only used four of the nozzles under our umbrella and it’s plenty.You should know that it’s a little hard to adjust to lower setting and, because of remaining pressure in your garden hose, it runs for 15-25 minutes after you turn it off and drips for hours more. These attributes don’t bother us.

I ordered 2 this summer and they were both terrible. Thought I’d try this one and I must say I LOVE it! Hooked up to our pergola and it does a great job. Super easy to install as well!

It is okay, one of the seven misting jets just puts out a stream of water. The plastic strips with snaps attached to the alligator clips are junk, broke almost immediately. I bought better clips and with some zip ties it is staying on the patio umbrella
