Second time of buying this, the whole family really enjoy the flavour. Have used it mainly for cooking pulled pork and for marinading chicken which I then use in stir fries. Mixed with honey it really brings a zing to roast vegetables too. Next on the agenda is to try it in a pasta sauce. It is a very thick paste but is easy to thin with either water, honey or soy sauce and has a delicious sweet, spicy and very moorish flavour. Once opened it keeps in the fridge very well. A very versatile product that has so many uses and I am so glad I tried it. Wouldn't be without now.Quick delivery and a good price. Highly recommend.

Nice container size..texture ok.spice level not bad you can use as much as you like in your cooking..quality ok..versatility ok...longevity ok.heat level fine to your own taste.

Lovely stuff...if you like a bit of spicy warmth in your food...

It tastes so good, smells a little bit like ethanol and yeast or like pizza dough. Instantly takes my cooking to the next level. The pot is quite small so I'm debating whether this is good value for money because I could find a similar pot for half the price.
