Quality of the product is good...and it is bigger than I expected.But the packaging is very worst ever in amazon not well packed andno amazon packaging.But the Product is good. And Food heat also well maintaining.

Not what expected from cello!
Didn't make it to my expectations!! I had a 10 year older model( the same one) of this hotcase. I had ordered it to match the other 2 hotcases of the prev. set but on delivery I found out that the two were very much different. The new one was shallower than the older one and the insulation material had been reduced so it is not as efficient as the older one.

Item has 2 small holes both the sides under the handles, but this intelligent seller filled with gum and tried to cheat customers (what an idea sir Ji😀 also this item has very loose lid with this given loose lid feature this hot box will become cool box…
