SERFAS Bicycle Saddle Comfort Shock Absorbing Eagle

The saddle is comfortable on it's own but since gel pads & memory foam create a synergy in the correct densities, I put my Schwinn memory foam over the Serfas and i was blown away by the comfort & support, I felt that I tapped into something pretty special, the saddle & cushion came to just under $30 including tax & weighs about 1.5 lbs all in. Just one more thing, the bike industry convinces & conditions cyclists into believing that they need to have the lightest, latest, & greatest but unless you're racing, having an extra pound or two to have a comfortable saddle, grips, handlebars, and pedals is worth the weight penalty because the difference in speed is virtually nonexistent in a normal setting but the difference in comfort & overall experience is worlds apart.

Bought this for my mountain bike. But instead ended up using it on my Trek road bike. This seat is a quality one. I've tried several others before finding this one. I have 5 herniated disks and counting that I live with daily. So there is no pain free ride for me. But this gets me close. I was using a Bell 800 which is a good seat. But this one upon this first touch of the seat material feels like quality. The Bell will leave me tingling/numb at the 2h mark. I haven't pushed past the two point just yet due to surgery I'm recovering from. But the time I've had with it, leaves me with no doubt in my mind. That i'll not be going back to the Bell. I've put just over 80m on this so far and I WILL buy another one for my mountain bike. Great look awesome seat!

Super comfortable replacement seat for mountain bikes. I restore classic mountain bikes but the old seats are often worn and very uncomfortable so this is a welcome replacement. Quality materials and gel padding make this super comfortable for the long rides. Easy to install as well. Just unbolt the old seat from the post and this one bolts right on. Adjusts front to back according to the height of the rider.

I had what I thought was the exact same seat on my bike for several years until the material split. I liked it so much I bought the same seat to replace it. There were some minor changes in the nerve seat - it’s a little more firm than the old one, but I’m still very pleased with it. The little wider seat gives your hip bones more support, particularly when you hit the unexpected bump.

Bad quality. The saddle's top layer broke after just 4 months of casual riding.

Not comfortable. Plain and simple. It took a few rides to finally just admit it.

This is a great seat but if you are expecting superior comfort over the standard seat found on a bike like mine (Trek Verve 3) don't bother as they are virtually identical in look and feel. Get the shorts with pads if you need extra comfort!

I really like this bicycle seat is more comfortable than the one im replacing it for, and the weight is just right, it not too heavy it is just right for my needs which is recreational riding.
