Nature's Bounty Gummies with Biotin, Strawberry, 140 Ct

I got these strawberry gummies because I wanted to try something different for my vitamins. The taste is alright and not too sweet, and I don’t mind chewing them in the morning. One thing I noticed is when the bottle arrived, the gummies were melted together because it got hot during shipping. I had to pull them apart and it was a little sticky. I keep the bottle in the kitchen now where it stays cooler, and they don’t stick as much anymore. The size of the bottle is pretty big so it lasts a while. I take the amount it says on the label and just make it part of my morning. Next time, I might just pick these up at the store to avoid the melting problem.

okay so i ordered may 14, so its been a month and these have been the most amazing gummies i've ever taken ♡ my skin is literally glowing, i got a compliment from someone saying my skin was glowing as well hehe, my nails grow like 3x faster than normal, i haven't really seen much in my hair yet. the taste is rlly good, also easy to swallow. i say it took like 21-29 days before i start to notice the effects. def be patient though ! will be buying again hehe

I've been taking these gummies for a few weeks now and I can definitely see a difference in the strength of my nails and the shine of my hair. I love these vitamins. First, they taste great and are very easy to eat not too chewy at all. I have also noticed an improvement with my hair. It is definitely not an immediate effect but after taking these for over 6 months I really do feel that I have noticed my hair health improving so much so that even friends and family have commented on how my hair looks healthier.

5 stars for taste. I've been taking the pill form of this for about 6 months. I don't see a difference in my nails or hair. In fact my nails seem worse than ever. They are dry and brittle causing me to keep the really short so they don't crack.As for my hair, nothing. It is still thinning, I can't tell if there is any new growth.
