Great product. Helps with anxiety

This stuff is amazing. Really makes you feel better, focus better. When I take it regularly i find I do not need my Klonopin. I like to put it in my coffee to avoid the alcohol taste. Hot chocolate at night. I wish I had started taking this stuff a little earlier in life.

I really tried to give this a chance and I don't dispute that others may have some success w/ this product but for me, it did nothing.No perceivable change whatsoever.Obviously w/ covid my stress and anxiety are elevated and was hoping this was help in some way but sadly, it did not.

Best ashwaganda there is!!! The big ashwaganda companies don’t hold a candle to this stuff.
