I purchased my Casio DW-5600 (691) brand new, after it was first introduced in the late '80s, as a work watch. Out of my collection of watches, it was still worth a couple extra bucks for a bezel cover replacement and it looks good too!

For sentimental reasons, I decided to renew my dear departed Dad's Casio G-Shock watch (18 - 20 years old). While replacing the broken watchband, the original bezel literally came apart. I ordered this replacement and it appears to be a genuine Casio replacement part that fits this DW-5600E model perfectly. Note that by the time you pay for a new watch band and bezel, you're half way toward the cost of a new watch of the same model, so one has to decide whether it makes sense to replace these parts or just buy a new G-Shock.

Easy to install and perfect fit. Had a generic one before due to lack of availability of this and the buttons were too recessed. This allows easy access to buttons.It’s a G-shock so I don’t expect to have to replace it for another 15 years.

It's very good, the only thing it doesn't have are the spare screws.

I replaced the battery and the original bezel was broken in a number of places. This was a good replacement.

It's not bad but almost certainly not genuine. There are large, prominent injection molding marks on the inside that aren't present on the OEM/genuine G-Shock cover that came off my watch. The plastic is also much stiffer and feels a little cheaper. On the plus side, it does LOOK identical to the genuine once installed and the matte black surface is nearly identical.
