so good to have in case you need to use phone in a power cut, or your power goes off for some reason, just plug in to telephone socket and your off. nice big buttons very easy to use.

This phone is not for hearing impaired at all as it advertises, the handset doesn't even work, and the speaker function is so quiet even on full volume that a whisper is louder. The cord from unit to handset is so short you would have to have your face on the unit to use it. It plugs in at the top instead of the bottom so becomes awkward and the slot to secure the handset to the unit while fitted on the wall is non functional. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Bought for a realative does what it says on box, basic phone in case of a power cut.

My brother is in need of something just with these good usp's.

It is not what I was expecting. Not the best of speaker volume. I need a speaker phone for a person with hearing problem so I will need to one better quality.

It does what it says on the tin, perfectly. It arrived on schedule - pretty quick, that is. What more can one ask? Nothing to dislike at all.

Handset doesn't work, have tried it out going calls, incoming calls, even took it to a different house tried it on that line too, doesn't work. Too difficult to return, elderly relative doesn't have smartphone for codes to drop it anywhere to return it, so I guess it's going in the bin! :-(

Ordered this for my 98 year old mother. Although the first one did not work properly, Amazon replaced it quickly. Replacement works great - and my mother is happy.

Habe das Telefon für meinen Vater als "Seniorentelefon" gekauft. Nicht viele Optionen, laut, einfach.Leider passt das Hoererkabel nicht mit dem Anschluss zusammen (Wackelkontakt). Habe auch ein anderes Kabel probiert. Mein Vater kann nur mit dem Lautsprecher telefonieren.Da er ein Telefon brauchte, haben wir es angeschlossen lassen und nicht zurückgesendet. Bin gerade auf der Suche nach einer Alternative.

Das Telefonieren mit diesem Gerät ist für einen Schwerhörigen eine Zumutung. Die versprochene Verstärkung der Sprache, sowie der Klingellautstärke ist nur minimal gegeben. Ich habe mich vom Preis locken lassen. Das war falsch. Das Telefon liegt jetzt im Mülleimer. Meine Erfahrung: lieber ein bisschen mehr ausgeben, wenn Qualität notwendig ist.Uwe Walz
