Fly LondonWomen's Mes 2 Buckle Boots

I had my eye on the petrol shade of these boots for ages, but they were a little pricey so I waited until they were on offer. Lo and behold! A pair in my size came up on amazon warehouse as 'used: Good condition ' for around £65, so I thought I'd take a punt , expecting them to be 2nd hand, like an EBay standard. They're actually, almost perfect, and have never been worn, with the soles and labels etc intact. There were a couple of tiny 'scuffs' on one of the boots, which turned out to be marks which came off with a bit of polish. Nothing wrong with these boots whatsoever and I got a bargain!As for the boots themselves, they're made from sturdy leather, with a non-uniform, vintage look to the shading. The petrol shade is a deep ,bottle green, the straps are adjustable and the sizing is spot on. The soles are solid but have a comfortable bounce in them, so I expect these will be good for walking a few thousand steps in each day. There is a slight wedge which gives you an extra inch or two of height without the discomfort of a heel.I'm not a heels or shoes kind of woman, it's strictly sandals or boots for me and I walk loads so comfort is a priority.These are comfortable but still have a bit of an edgy look to them, so perfect for me!I'm so impressed, I've got my eyes on a red pair too...

Was looking for Fly boots in a different colour - but came across these.Very good price (Black Friday deal - a happy co-incidence!)Comfortable boots with a flattering leg length. They are great with skinny jeans.I like the casual style but feel on trend.Arrived well packaged in an original Fly London box.Very pleased!

So a year ago i ordered these on "try before you buy", the reviews at the time said there were fit issues. And sadly they were right. One boot fitted great, the other on the ankle the leather was badly fitted and looked awful, so i returned them.Took a risk in prime day and ordered another pair and it looks like Fly have addressed the issue as they are great fitting now. I usually take a 6 but ordered a 7, heel on one foot could slip a bit if it stretches, but thats likely my feet.Beautiful colour (red) and quality.Soles are nice!!

The quality is supreme. Very rarely do I get excited by a new pair of boots these days, but was clomping through my home trying these on so often, I was like a little girl .Lovely insulation from the ground with the thick rubber soles , that are a comfortable height ( you sort of rock when you’re walking). They are not heavy either, the colour is beautiful, I hope to get the purple ones in the future.. when my size is available.Very narrow on the calves , otherwise I would have bought the knee length ones. The zip makes getting them on easy.A beautiful pair of boots, I haven’t worn them outside so don’t know how they will fair with bad weather, still enjoying careering around the house. Recommend

I don’t tend to leave many reviews, but sometimes items purchased are so surprisingly good it’s worth letting others know. I ordered the petrol green Mes 2 boots yesterday and they arrived the next day, as promised. They are fabulous! The boots were well packed, a beautiful colour and extremely comfortable. I’m usually a 5.5 or 6 (UK size) depending on make, but always gets a 6 in boots to allow for thick socks in cold weather. These boots are perfect in a size 6. I’m a standard E fit for width of foot, but there’s plenty of room for someone with wider feet too as the boot is well rounded at the toes. I agree that someone with fabulously muscly or wonderfully generous calves may have a bit of an issue with the width at the top of the boot, but for me it was perfect. If of help, my calves are 35.5cm at widest point and I still have a good 2-3cm gap between my leg and the top of the boot to tuck jeans/leggings into. There’s a buckle that can be adjusted at the top of the boot to allow another 1cm width extra, if needed. Not my first pair of Fly boots, and won’t be my last either. Hint... buy some translucent or dark green boot cream polish to protect from scuffs. Works a treat! I thoroughly recommend these boots.

I have a couple of pairs of Fly London boots, I wouldn't buy anything else now, love these boots, smart, stylish and comfortable 10/10 👌

Nice looking boots, very comfy, however the quality is extremely low, these boots are not designed for everyday walking. I'd say if worn 2 to 3 times a week for a couple of hours then it will last a season. Got it half price, but still not happy.
