I went all around town looking at what everyone was using, and hated them. Then ran across one of these.. store owner let me play with it and I was Hooked. This design looks like a picture frame and snaps open / closed so easily. You do need to READ the directions and remove the VERY thin clear film off of the White / Magnetic board. This is in addition to the heavier plastic provided as a cover for your sign's image (love it).Update: Have been using this for several months now and still like it a lot. Absolutely love the way the frame clips our inserts in. In fact just went to order another but it is out of stock (sigh..)We designed inserts to use under the plastic protective sheet that comes with it. There is some delamination of the white plastic from the backing (a mild soft steel) but nothing unexpected as it has been in very wet weather in the Pacific NW. I do wish the backing metal was thicker and a stronger grade of steel but it works great for our current needs. And it looks SO MUCH better than the big bulky all plastic ones.Update,we have purchased a 2nd one as an additional sign. Still very happy with them.You do need to occasionally clean out from the frame any road grime that Will accumulate, but it's as easy as taking out the signage, the transparent cover, flipping the edges open and taking a hose to it.We use a printing company here that has "PolyColor" sheets and prints in waterproof ink on them. Being in the Pacific NW, we get a lot of moisture / rain and regular inks may bleed and paper sucks up the water. With these materials we use, no problems at all in any weather conditions.

After buying another heavy-duty A-frame with a poor design which I returned, I saw this one, and actually think it is designed very well. I like the way the frame snaps open on all 4 sides to insert a poster or draw on the whiteboard. The whole thing is light weight and simple, built for mild weather.

Our neighborhood needed a 2nd community sign. This was a great option. Easy to use and use to store.

My HOA purchased this sign to notify residents of upcoming events. (Bingo, pickleball, board meetings, etc.) It's a beautiful size and well constructed. My only complaint is this- the clear plastic sheet that goes over the white board began warping on the edges two days after being outdoors. This is supposedly indoor/ outdoor.Also, I purchased EXPO markers to go with the sign. The blue does not seem to last on the sign. It fades out very quickly. I just hope the plastic protector sheet holds up!!

Great sign, I use it outdoors and the plastic cover includes stands up to hard rain very well. Weight is good and has not fallen down for me.

These are great little sidewalk signs. We use them at work to spread the word about things and they're very easy to assemble and then change the message due to being dry erase. I like that they come with a protective screen too so that your writing wont get messed up or you can put posters in there instead.

This was exactly what I was looking for. It looks high quality & it’s a great price. It is pretty lightweight, so I’m nervous about winter & wind. Time will tell, but for now, it’s perfect!

White board backing came out on one side, and plastic covers warped in the sun after 1 day of use.Now I have a wavy board that catches glare from different directions and it's very hard to read
