Ginger Tea, Excellent!

Strong, in the best way!
Delicious! I am keeping mine in the freezer to preserve it as I don't use a lot all at once. This provides strong flavor, so use a little less than your recipe might call for - you can always add more. It looks ... well, it looks a bit ugly, but it will cook down into your food, so you won't see it, no worries! I have not made tea with it, I am using it for cooking and am delighted with the flavor!
