Not worth the trouble or the money
Once you finally get these cookies open you find that the first one is a crumbled mess and there is no way to recluse the packaging. Also the cookies are not very tasty and the filling is not well distributed. Almost $12 is not worth the trouble so I’ll just toss them and say lemon learned.

My favorite cookie!
I first tried these biscuits (British for cookies!) while visiting in South Africa several years ago! I was overjoyed when I found I could purchase them through Amazon. They are lemon-flavored shortbread cookies with a tangy lemon cream in between the two halves. They come in two-packs so I don't run out!

Love my Lemon Creams, but most of the cookies are broken/crushed. I think better sturdy packaging may help.
