Nice product
Being a kanjira player and a percussionist i recommend its the best product, sounds good, finishing is also good, portable also very good for practice

A Good Instrument at this Price Point
This Kanjira has a nice folksy sound. You can get some nice bending effects using your fingers. Also, given the small size of the instrument, it has quite an impressive goonj (resonance).

Bad quality frame. Received with a crack in the frame
There was a crack in the wooden frame. The seller shd inspect the product throughly before shipping. V disappointed.

Good for beginers
What upset me upon opening the packaging was the ballpen marking on the skin. The wood was just OK, nothing exceptional, crude finishing, however the sound upon conditioning was reasonably good. Would have given 4 stars if there was no marking on the skin.
