Obviously handmade but a very sturdy knife and fantastic for the price.
This is a very well made knife (labeled made in Pakistan). The case is pretty solid leather with a belt loop at the top and the knife fits almost all the way in to it.It was fairly Sharp when it arrived but sharpened up nicely. It holds a edge extremely well but is brittle and the edge can chip if you try to pry with it(such as turning a flat head screw)Ionthat note you can see were the handle is welded to the handle I can absolutely see how this could be a weak point and if you tried to pry with it or even you was a side as a file you might be able to accidentally break that weld but you should absolutely be fine using it as you normally what a night or using the spine as a file.I have cut several limbs in my yard that we're almost an inch thick by bending them and whittling into the bent area. One other thing worth noting is that the blade will tarnish no matter what you do but you must keep it oiled or it will rust.

Strong well balanced knife
seems to be strong and well balanced. this knife did not come as sharp as it should be. you know what they say about a dull knife being more dangerous than a sharp knife. I haven't sharpened it yet , still deciding if i will send it back, so i ,cant tell you how it holds an edge or if i can sharpen it properly, (more work than it should be) since it is not sharp and that why we want a knife, I recommend moving on to another knife that has reviews of being sharp

It is different from my other knives. I collect, not use, fixed-blade knives, so I have no idea regarding durability, edge retention, etc. Looks as I expected. Sheath appears to be of decent leather, and construction. In performance you usually get what you pay for, so I would not expect a lot.

Worth every Penny
Love it. It's nicely weighted, the handle is GORGEOUS, the metal is good quality and it has a somewhat rustic charm to it. To any potential buyers: keep it well oiled/cleaned, as the file-quality steel tends to develop rust easily due to high amounts of carbon.

Nice way to use a file
Good rugged knives that hold up and keep an edge for a small price. Just wish they had a better sheath.

very poor quality for the money
The quality and sharpens were a big disappointment .For the money it wasn't worth it.
