I have only needed to replace the black cartridge so far.The good news: Print quality seems fine & the ink is dry immediately and does not smear even if you wet it.The bad news: Useful instructions do not exist. There IS an instruction sheet that says, "1. Install the new cartridge. 2. Please press the release bar when message of empty cartridge appears. 3. Take out the empty cartridge." Umm, steps are in the wrong order! More important, there is a piece of tape covering the ink outlet. There is NO instruction about this (should I remove the tape or leave it there?). I was unable to remove the tape, even with tweezers, so I poked a hole in the tape and it seems to be working OK, but I'm not sure if this is correct.The bottom line: Withe accurate instructions I'd give this product 5 stars.

I ordered from this company and when the ink came it did not work in my Brother printer even though it was compatible. The printer simply did not read the cartridge. I called up customer support after a few days and told them of my problem. They were incredibly helpful. They offered to send me some updated cartridges. I was surprised and happy when they said that. In a few days I got the new cartridges. I popped them in and they worked perfectly. They included a self addressed enveloped so I sent the other ones back.Thank you so much for being a great alternative to the higher priced manufacturer ink. As a poor, struggling, nursing student, you have made my life a little easier.

No problems just like original ink at a substantial savings def recommend!!!Update 09/25/2016: I just had to update after the amazing cartridges run I've had these have been like the original ones and maybe better they keep on working and working I don't print too much and they never dry up (okay I had to realign once when they set for a very long time) I'm finally out of black now I've gotta purchase more these have simply been incredible I definitely am pleased and recommend.

These cartridges work just as good as the Brothers cartridges. You have to run the printer test page configuration a few times but eventually the ink will flow.

I was sent a yellow cartridge that was not useful. It was not in a closed package, the tape was not on the item. So when I installed the cartridge, it did not work. I'm sorry for taking so long, to reply but I just open this package.

So far I have only used the Magenta works fine

Most of them fit very well but a couple have to have an extra shove and that bothers me just a bit. The best alternatives I have so far found.

Work just as well as brand name ink at a much better price.
