Man Is The Most Dangerous Game To Hunt
This was a good film with a good cast of actors, great scenery, some dark humor and lots of intense action. The plot follows Jack Mason as a homeless person who's just reach the end of hope after loosing his pet dog and friend. On the day he goes to kill himself he is saved by a man working for a homeless shelter who offers a job to get money which Mason believes this is his chance to get back on his feet. However, not everything is what it seems. When Mason is taken into the wilderness and meets a group of strange and twisted group of characters. He finds out they aren't here to hunt animals, their out to hunt him. Manson spends most of the time out smarting his enemies rather fighting them head on.Great film that seriously needs to release this blu-ray. Overall, a very fun film to watch.

For entertainment, it's great!
Yes, it's a campy plot and script (WHY would Mason - Ice T - accept a job as a "survival guide" when he knew nothing about the area or the conditions of where they were going or anything about hunting as well...??); having said that, it IS "entertaining" and what's strange about this film is I feel the need to pull it off the shelf & watch it from time to time. I'm being quite generous here, but I'm giving it a 5-star rating anyway - just for the scenery, the background music, and the fact that it's a greatly-revised version of the original film "The Most Dangerous Game" from back in the late '20's or early '30's. Yes, the acting was "mediocre" at best (Gary Busey's tome' about how he got his "birth mark" was unique), but I feel that purely for the entertainment value, it was still a pretty good flick. One of the other reviewers, however, did trigger something in the back of my mind: Ice-T's character of Mason, a homeless guy desperate for money, upon accepting this"hunting guide" job, CONTINUOUSLY "bad-mouths" these guys constantly, right up to the point where he gets woken up by Charles S. Dutton's character waving a chromed .50 caliber Desert Eagle pistol in his face. Look, if I had been Mason's character for real, I would've gone out of my way to be overly polite to these guys! Instead, Mason CONTINUOUSLY bad-mouths these guys all the time. "Hunt animals in the wilderness? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard...!!" "Sounds f'ked up to me...!!" "That's stupid!" And on and on and on. Nothing but extreme "negativity" out of Mason's mouth to the guy(s) who offered him a good-paying job..!! That, alone, made me feel a lot less "sympathy" towards Mason's character as the pmitt unfolded later in the film. There were other "things" that were puzzling, as well: Mason's "return to Seattle" after only 3 day's time. Considering where they were at, and how long in a Beechcraft D-18 it took them to fly through the wilderness to get to the cabin in the first place; how did Mason manage to make it back to Seattle in only 3 day's time? 3 weeks, perhaps, I could better understand. But three (3) days?? Naaaah. And finally, one other little bit of trivia: when Mason runs back to the cabin after being chased, one of the very first things he does is smash the lock on the interior door to see what's behind it. When he opens the door, the first thing he does is reach over &"FLIP ON A LIGHT SWITCH..!!" Maybe someone would explain to me "WHERE DID THE ELECTRICITY COME FROM" to turn on the lights?? This is a log (or wood) cabin in the wilderness. As we saw from the view from the Beechcraft coming into the area where the cabin wax situated, there were no "solar panel arrays" on the roof of the cabin. Batteries?? Perhaps, but we are also led to believe that is cabin is visited perhaps only once or maybe twice a year. So where did the electricity cone from..?? They didn't use candles if you recall, at least not much. Look, I'm still gonna give this flick a "5-star" rating, just for the entertainment factor. But should the producers ever decide to do a remake of this movie, I'd hope they would pay a little greater attention to "the little details". It would make this film a lot more enjoyable rather than coming across as "campy" or in some cases, downright silly...!! My opinion..!!

Ice-T rocks in this Illuminati inspired movie
Ice-T shows he can do more then just rap, he can act, as well. I have a keen interest in the Illuminati, and the evil things they do, so this movie gives insight into the soulless, uncaring, non-remorseful people that they are. The Illuminati are everyday people, and you wouldn't know them, by just looking at them. It's unfortunate that people this sick, evil, and vile are among us, but it's the truth, and this is a type of activity they love to indulge in.Ice-T is a family man, who lost his wife, and kid. More misfortune hits Ice-T, and he winds up becoming homeless. He meets a social worker, and this social worker is evil, as he recruits people that have no family, and won't be a problem, if they wind up missing. The social worker introduces him to a business man, and he puts Ice-T to work as a wilderness guide, in a remote area. Well, instead of that, Ice-T becomes the hunted. The Illuminati inspired group tells Ice-T you have a head start, of the time it takes to eat a relaxed breakfast. Ice-T beats the odds, and narrowly misses killing the last one, Rutger Hauer, the business. Ice-T finds Rutger, and a befitting ending happens. I don't want to spoil it.I highly recommend this movie, 5 stars!

Very pleased I was bit concerned about it being a Spanish ...
Very pleased I was bit concerned about it being a Spanish import luckily the word for English in Spanish is similar to the French version and the movie which I had enjoyed so many years ago was still the excellent movie and the delivery was excellent as well.

Great film, great story
A team of rich city high rollers who are former agents/soldiers of fortune get their kicks out of hunting, shooting and killing. However, their prey happens to be human.Rutger Hauer is the typical bad guy that he plays so well. Lots of action and nail biting thrills. Great ending. Ice T plays a great role.
