Had to wait a long time for this item to be delivered, and was very disappointed when it did arrive.Construction was flimsy and the materials hardly deserved the description of 'Winter Warm Outwear'This item may have been a good fit, but I cannot make a comment as I was unable to get my arms into the sleeves.Would not recommend this item to anyone unless they have pipe cleaners for arms.

Ivd had to say too small but that's not quite the case. The jacket actually fits although I sized up. However the problem lies in the extremely narrow sleeves that I can't get all the way on! When I force it I can fasten jacket and that is a nice loose fit. Having contacted customer services, they've been fantastic. So I don't have to spend money/waste time sending it back, they are swapping it for anything else at the same price! I think that's great because in all honesty it wasn't expensive and it was for running around in! It's actually lovely and warm, the teddy bear furry lining is lovely! I've given it 5 stars because it's not too bad and they are bending over backwards to make me happy, which I personally think is brilliant! The only other minor complaint i have is that to me the hood would be better suited if it had some form of tying/fastening. But it's not so important to me as I'm more a hat/scarf person anyway!If it wasn't for the narrow sleeves I would be very happy with this jacket

It's very thin. Ordered a size larger than I needed but still too small across the shoulders. Because the fleece lining isn't attached sufficiently, it sticks to what you're wearing underneath so feels uncomfortable to try to put on. Not a winter coat, but useful to keep warm around the house!

The colours and shape of this coat are lovely but I found the fit tight and the sleeves far to slim It is advertised as a winter coat but I feel it is more an autumn coat weight it is not thick or heavy enough to be a winter coat I was sad as the picture was so lovely but I will probably never wear this coat as the fit is to tight

Material was very cheap and the arm fit was tight and unevenly stitched. Very disappointed.

This was the jacket I received which was the one I cancelled. It is not as appears in picture. The fur lining is very thin in the pictures the jackets look thicker, the fit is good though I ordered an a line 20 normal coat would be 16. Have not received rest of order.

Very thin, rather than lightweight. Creases easily. Rather cheap looking. When I tried to return it the seller said because they are overseas it's too expensive to accept refunds and offered me a partial refund. Admittedly this does mean I get to keep the item and dispose of it how I see fit, I don't think it is acceptable to charge people for a poor quality product knowing full well it can't be returned - or at least say this on the listing.
