My doctor told me to avoid minerals. I have been taking this pill once a day for several months. It works well. No minerals!

definitely more than Swanson Vitamins, but ok..as per I feel better when I take them than otherwise.

Love the small pill size for swallowing.

I was specifically looking for a multivitamin without minerals and was happy to find these. They are just what I want at a good price and arrived very quickly. The company provided for customer feedback if there was a problem but I had no issues at all.

Happy with most or all of Swanson products, including this one.

I bought this multi-vitamin because it contains no minereals. I believe I get enough minerals from the other foods I eat. Now, this product contans vitamin K. It instructed me to contact my physician before consuming this vitamin. I did, and she said to not use it because of the presence of vitamin K. Swanson should reformulate this product and omit the vitamin K. So, I threw this product out. Of course, if we eat a balanced diet, we do not need to take the recommended dose of vitamins in a pill form. So the RDA should be the upper level of each vitamin included in the formulation. Finally, anothermulti- vitamin I have does not contain vitamin K.

I've never "felt" my supplements doing anything, but I did not need supplemental minerals so...
