It's a small bottle, just couple sips at about ounces, so it's quick and easy. I have been drinking these probiotic Yakut for over 3 decades and typically I just get them at the local grocery store as those are the most affordable place; however decided to acquire these thru here because it is much more affordableFor my gut these drinks work well, and I'm a person that do not drink much dairy products, so I drink these to add some type of dairy and good lactobacillus to my gut to counter all the soda and junk food I eat daily. I have never had any issues, and even if they are a few days past expiration date, these typically taste just fine. Sometimes before the expiration date these don't taste good. Bad taste is when you drink these and these taste a bit sour. One thing I never do is drink more than 1 a day, the most I would ever do is maybe 2, because if you have a few too many in the same day, you will find yourself in the restroom a lot thru the day.Overall great value for the money and I truly believe in the benefits that it provides.

A unique probiotic drink. I liked it, but the bottles are very small. Yakuts were, and sometimes still are, reindeer herders. Maybe that's related to the interesting taste of this beverage.
