This is an attractive and comfortable mug to hold. Initially, I thought I would have to return it because they are large 18 ounce size, but even the kids really love holding them.

The media could not be loaded.  Horrible craftsmanship,the mug is a beautiful mug,the first time I ordered this it was last year,the mermaid had a hole in her neck area,I just accepted it as it was a late Christmas gift for my sister,she still loved it,but I was disappointed because I'm paying money for something perfect,not something messed up. I re-ordered the mug now this year for my niece,once again,it's flawed,had scratches,the tail was not painted well it was sloppy. I exchanged it and got this,her tail is not well painted on. I'm extremely disappointed,I will not be ordering from here again,you can have your messed up mugs back,give me back my money,I'm returning these mugs soon. I'm very,very disappointed, BEAUTIFUL mugs,too bad someone got lazy. This is your job or one of them,you want to sell a product make sure it's perfect.

It's BIG and Beautiful and Sturdy (heavy). I like that I can dump a full can of Andersen's Pea Soup in it and have room to immerse my stick blender in there to whip it up! Great beer mug and large enough for my double (or triple) bag tea. Some people complain about the hollow handle with the hole letting water in - so when I got my mug I bought a can of low expansion foam and squirted some into the handle cavity - it only takes a little shot! Now no water gets in and the handle stays very cool. Plus, I'm not sure yet, but if it falls in the lake it will probably float!

This is as pretty as it looks in person. Cute mug, but as for the hand warmer part…I can never feel the heat through the mug in my hands when I hold it around.

My husband loves a heavy stoneware mug and this was a great gift for my 10 year old daughter to give him for his birthday.

Beware, Dont put in Dishwasher. Great customer service. They allowed me to return and sent me a new one.

My wife loves this mug, and after years of use it finally broke. Ordered a replacement which showed up w/ a hairline crack and leaking. Called the company and they had a replacement out to us in no time. Great mug and spectacular customer service!
