Great cooker so far
Had this cooker for a few weeks and so far it is great. Grandma mixes the rice with grains and other ingredients to mix up the plain rice a bit. Everything is cooked thoroughly and tastes great. The styling of this this machine is modern and classy, matte brown and a touch of gold. While not exactly our style, it fits in well with the rest of the kitchen and stands apart from the competition.

Instability of the base
The quality of the device is superior. I noticed when I was opening the lid the whole device was moving. I though it was an essential safety issue. The device is extremely easy to use. However, I am involonterely returning it due to the lid issue.

AMAZING
This is a GREAT purchase! It has so many different options of cooking and even provides a cookbook so you can try different recipes

broke before 1 year use. broke again after repair.
Purchased it at a store. Used it off and on for less than a year and it failed to cook. Sent in for repair under warranty and it took over a month to get it back. After about 6 months of use, it failed again with same problem. I've given up with this thing and purchasing a different brand.
