I grew up in the Nazarene church and it was a great spiritual place to start my faith journey. I'm now an Anglican (a return to the deep roots of my Nazarene experience in my view). Dr. Tracy's work, always reliable and above reproach, provides in this volume work that anyone can reliably utilize as an excellent resource when a lay person is in need of a solid overview of other denominations or religions. I will keep it handy.

This is a great introductory cursory look at the religions and faiths of the world in a not defensive format. Limits the dialog to the basics of each belief without getting in your face over a denominational lines.

Here We Stand: Where Nazarfene Fit in the Religious Marketplace I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The book met all the requirements of my class at NBC and covered the material required. It describes the history of the Nazarene Church and denomination from its beginning.

A great book for anyone looking to view the difference and similarities of the Church of the Nazarene and other denominations and religions. It is easy to read, understand, and follow.

I'm a lifelong Nazarene and we're using this as a study book for our Sunday School class.
