Yes, it is basically rocks, paint, glitter, and brushes - everything you can buy at a store, but that is the point; it is all in one box, you open it and they are ready to go! We bought two for my daughter's birthday party and they all had a great time painting their rocks!

Big hit with the grand kids ages 10-13. They ended up going outside and finding their own rocks to paint.

When I received the package and open it I found about 3 to 5 pounds of rocks, 8 different colors of paint and a few small paint brushes.The rocks were about 3 inches Of various sizes And shapes. I did not know I ways getting rocks with my order, but that's ok.The paint was in very small units and when we used them on the rocks it would not color them. The paint didn't seem to have enough pigment in it. It was mostly clear and took many coats to even show a little color. Even so the kids had a lot of fun.

I regret buying this kit. The paints were basically useless - thick, unspreadable, minute amounts. I paid that much for a couple of bags of rocks and pennies worth of supplies?! Overpackaged, overpriced, thumbs down.

Don't bother to buy, it is just a bunch of rocks and tiny litle acrilic paint, no special tipe, just plain paint

Very disappointed in the glow in the dark set. The transfers did not work at all. One of the paint colors was dried up. Did not glow in the dark. Daughter was so excited for this set at first, then just frustrated once we tried to actually do it.
