I ordered purple and received light pink, but not a big deal. The quality is okay - no fraying edges or misaligned seams. If you're planning on personalizing this with iron-on vinyl, you should know the solid, non-mesh portion is sewn over top of the mesh. So even if you put a tile or something between the layers of the bag, you're still going to get the imprint of the mesh pattern/texture coming through. Not a deal-breaker, and the recipient still loved it but something to keep in mind. There is a pocket inside, but it's small and doesn't close, so I'm not sure how useful it will be for all the little toe pads and things.

I ordered this bag for my daughter to carry her pointe shoes in. She can also carry her flats and her toe pads in it as well. It is very well made and still in very good shape. She dances 4+ days/week, so she is opening and closing it quite often and it has held up nicely.
