It’s very easy to swallow and talking 2 a day it’s exactly the amount of milligrams my Doctor suggested

I was looking for Calcium Citrate without a whole lot of additives made in the USA. It seems to me that this is somewhat hard to find. I used to buy this from GNC through Amazon but they changed their formulation and added a whole bunch of "stuff" to their ingredient list. Found BlueBonnet. This was clearly described, made in the USA and arrived exactly as promised. I have not had any adverse effects from taking it after about a week....will continue to take and perhaps this will be my "go to" calcium supplement for future use. Cannot complain at all. Thank you BlueBonnet for offering what looks like a great product. Hope that they do not change their ingredients in the future as I plan on coming back and ordering more when needed.

These pills are so huge that they're difficult to swallow.

Calcium citrate is absorbed much better by the body than calcium carbonate, which is what most of the calcium pills are made from, but it's hard to find calcium citrate. I was delighted to discover this BlueBonnet product. It tastes GREAT and is so much easier than the pills. I have recommended it to several friends. It comes in another flavor, too. Both are really good. One TBSP a day. Keep it in the fridge. I actually look forward to it in the morning instead of dreading giant pills.

This product has a little less calcium than Citrical, but if you’re allergic to shellfish or want a Kosher product, this supplement works perfectly. I have parathyroid issues, have to take a calcium product, and my doctor approved this calcium supplement. I take 4 tablets spaced out per day rather than 3 per day of the nonKosher products.

I am very pleased with this product and have already re-purchased. I am certain, that it is 'being used' by my body, as I have not had any leg cramping. I am able to take 2 pills right before bed, with no negative affects. ( I take 4 of these daily.)

Quite a number of the pills were broken when I received them. I didn't realize that the dosage was for a day which is bothersome since the pills are large and uncoated.
