Attached easily and I can still put up my windshield visor as normal. I’m using it with the iPhone XS Max, in a slim clear case, and it has plenty of room. I like that it doesn’t sit right below the mirror so I don’t have to worry about readjusting it once I put my phone in the holder. Once everything is adjusted to where you want it you can tell that it’s sturdy. There is very little play so it doesn’t bounce around while driving. I’m buying another one for my work vehicle and would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of phone holder.

my dashboard did not lend itself to using suction-style holders, and I did not want to give up an air-vent just to hold my phone, so this was a compromise idea. this clamp holds my phone perfectly, never had a slip ... also,I have a large phone, and I've seen zero problems with the clamp holding onto it.I'm still not sure it's great to have the phone hanging from the rear-view mirror, as there is def. some level of sight-line obstruction, but it's also beneficial to have it at eye-level when following directions.

After trying several (suction cup, vent) mounts that we similarly priced and being disappointed. It was nice to finally find a mount that was sturdy and made of high quality materials. I'll definitely be getting one for our other vehicle.

The spring loaded claw design that holds the phone is lacking, there should be a better rubber used to grip the phone mine barely holds the phone and can slip out pretty easy. However the rest of the design is very sturdy metal parts. The claw is plastic.

Product worked great. I didn’t have to deal with the condescending Amazon Customer “Service” supervisors like I did for another item. Amazon Customer Service used to be AMAZING, now they essentially do not care what the buyer says. I would order this again.

This is a well engineered product. However, It will not work well on Jeep Wrangler Models, or vehicles with short distances between windshield and mirror. Otherwise, with vans or sedans and regular SUV's it's a great choice.

It is heavy, and sturdy. It fits really snug on my mirror. Fits my phone just right but it is short and my phone lays up against my mirror. It works well be cause it sits up high and I don't have to take my eyes off the road.

No suction as it attaches to your rearview mirror. I had a suction prior but heat, sun and time caused it to quit working. This is so much better and the right height.
